How Crisfield Construction handles project requests and private conversations.

Crisfield Construction · Project planning notes

What the site collects.

The project form asks for your name, email, optional phone number, project location, timing, description, and permission to contact you about the project. It also saves the estimate assumptions and range at submission. Do not include sensitive personal information or private documents in the description.

Requests are stored privately for owner review. Hosting and transactional email providers process the information needed to operate the site and notify the owner. Public chat, SMS and AI image generation are disabled, and there are no third-party advertising or analytics scripts.

What consent means here.

Submitting a project request gives permission to discuss that project. It is not a marketing subscription or SMS opt-in. The consent wording is retained with the request. Future messaging services will need their own confirmed setup and appropriate consent handling.

Access and storage.

The owner workspace requires an email and password and uses a session cookie. Your contact details and owner notes are not displayed publicly. Fonts and inspiration images are self-hosted, without third-party tracking scripts.

The information is used to review and respond to the project you describe. If you need to correct or request removal of your information, use the project form and identify the earlier request. Do not include sensitive documents, payment information or other unnecessary private details.

About estimates and images.

Planning ranges are approximate and are not an offer or binding quote. Starter rates remain labeled illustrative until reviewed by the owner. Inspiration photos are licensed stock imagery and do not represent completed Crisfield projects. No photograph upload or AI redesign service is currently connected.
